Bungalow Bills

Bungalow Bills was established in 1990 at the intersection of Symonds Street, Mt Eden Road & New North Road where it became quite a land mark! Prior to that Bill operated Music Market which concentrated more on new equipment, but his passion always lay with quality, quirky and vintage second hand instruments and equipment. Hence he decided to open up Bungalow Bills to specialise primarily in these areas.

After successfully operating for twelve years at the Symonds Street location, they moved just round the corner to the top of Khyber Pass Road, next to Penny Farthings and Cheap Skates. The new shop is a lot more spacious, has loads more head room, and is much easier to display guitars and equipment. They have been there for two years now and have put their stamp on it. Yes, they still use gaffer tape!
